Bluebonnet Properties

Your build is in motion. Bluebonnet’s Lead Forge workspace is operational, the latest client-dashboard regression was repaired and QA-verified, and the next build lane is focused on listing freshness and deeper genealogy research.

Two-week build digest

A client-facing record of what shipped, what changed, and what remains active from June 30 through July 14. Status language is intentionally conservative: “Live” and “Verified” indicate observed operation; “In progress,” “Waiting,” and “Planned” do not.

Verified

Bluebonnet dashboard QA repair

The blank-dashboard regression and the Bluebonnet quality-endpoint 500 were fixed during the July 10 client-dashboard QA pass. The user-facing views were checked after the database connectivity repair.

Live

Lead Forge Bluebonnet workspace

The client workspace supports probate, affidavit-of-heirship, death-signal ranking, property research, and Texas curative-title workflows.

Live

Client project command center

Slack Project Overview, Project Tracker, and native Workflows tabs now provide one operating hub with 13 scoped tasks.

In progress

Listing refresh verification

The unattended 1,000-row refresh cycle is queued for a clean verification: successful exit, no errors, and automatic re-arm.

In progress

Genealogy research agent

The native genealogy build is active, with four paid-source collectors and live-session handling still to complete.

Guardrailed

Listing-status fallback research

Zillow/Redfin fallback evaluation remains gated to approved access paths; no private scraper is being represented as deployed.

Deferred

Phone and click-to-call

Phil deferred the Mac phone/click-to-call implementation. It remains outside the current active lane.
