The blank-dashboard regression and the Bluebonnet quality-endpoint 500 were fixed during the July 10 client-dashboard QA pass. The user-facing views were checked after the database connectivity repair.

The unattended 1,000-row refresh cycle is queued for a clean verification: successful exit, no errors, and automatic re-arm.

The native genealogy build is active, with four paid-source collectors and live-session handling still to complete.
Listing-status fallback research
Zillow/Redfin fallback evaluation remains gated to approved access paths; no private scraper is being represented as deployed.
Phone and click-to-call
Phil deferred the Mac phone/click-to-call implementation. It remains outside the current active lane.
